You don’t need more followers.
You need to see the field you already have.
Right now.
Before we write scripts.
Before we talk tactics.
Pause.
Your life is already full of humans.
You are not starting from zero.
PART 1 — WRITE THE 100 WITH INTENTION (old school or tech)
This is not a spreadsheet exercise.
This is a presence exercise.
Open:
• Instagram followers
• LinkedIn connections
• Email list
• WhatsApp chats
• Old Facebook friends
• Former colleagues
• Past clients
• People you met at events
• School friends
• Retreat contacts
• People who reply to your stories
• People who comment often
Now ask:
Who already knows me?
Who already trusts me?
Who already resonates?
Who could be my red car?
Who knows my red car?
Who would want to support me?
Do not filter yet.
Just write names.
Goal: 100 humans.
Not perfect matches.
Proximity.
STRUCTURE THE 100
Break into 5 buckets:
30 warm followers
20 past professional contacts
20 personal network
15 former clients/collaborators
15 connectors
You are mapping your ecosystem.
Not hunting strangers.
PART 2 — CHOOSE YOUR APPROACH
You have two activation styles.
Direct.
Indirect.
Both are permission-based.
OPTION A — DIRECT APPROACH
For people you already trust.
Message template 1 — Feedback First
“Hey, I’ve just launched something for [specific red car].
You came to mind.
Would you be open to giving me honest feedback?”
If yes:
Send the link.
Or send a short Loom.
End with:
“No pressure at all. Just value your perspective.”
Message template 2 — Founding Support
“Hey, I’m testing the first round of my new offering for [specific person].
I’m inviting 10 aligned people to co-create it with me.
Would you like to explore being part of it?”
Clean.
Honest.
No performance.
Message template 3 — The Celebration Reframe
“We support celebrities we don’t know.
I’d love to support your business more and invite you to support mine.
I’ve just launched something aligned with [their struggle].
Would love your eyes on it.”
This is relational.
Not transactional.
OPTION B — INDIRECT APPROACH
Post with clarity.
Not vague.
Example:
“I’ve officially opened 10 spaces for [specific red car] who are struggling with [clear pain].
If this sounds like you — or someone you care about — message me ‘READY’.”
Then:
For every post.
Message 5 people directly.
“Hey, I just shared something that felt aligned with you.
No pressure — just wanted to send it personally.”
Indirect visibility.
Direct follow-up.
Always.
PART 3 — THE “WHO DO YOU KNOW?” MULTIPLIER
After any positive response:
Ask gently:
“Is there anyone in your world who might need this right now?”
Give them words:
“If helpful, you could say:
‘I thought of you when I saw this.’”
Make it easy.
Remove friction.
PART 4 — OLD SCHOOL NETWORK MARKETING ENERGY (BUT CLEAN)
This is not spam.
This is:
Intentional field scanning.
You are looking at your life and saying:
Who is already here?
Not:
How do I go viral?
This is relational capitalism.
Trust compounds faster than reach.
THE EMOTIONAL BLOCK YOU MUST MOVE THROUGH
You will feel:
Awkward.
Exposed.
Visible.
Vulnerable.
Good.
This is leadership.

Send 10–15 intentional messages per day.

Do not obsess over conversions.
