CURRENT REALITY (3–6 MINUTES)

Goal: understand why they reached out.
Keep this simple.

Core Questions
• “What made you apply?”
• “What is happening in your life or business right now?”
• “Why now?”
• “What feels stressful, stuck, or unfulfilled?”
• “What have you already tried?”

EI “Toothache” Check
Do they have a real problem, not a curiosity?
You must hear a real “pain,” not a polite interest.

Goal: see if they have vision and desire.

Questions

• “What matters most to you right now?”

Experience Check
• “Have you done retreats, mentoring, or self-development work before?”

SECTION 4
RIGHT FIT SCORING (11–13 MINUTES)

This decides everything.

Score each from 1–10:

Urgency /10
Timing /10
Desire /10
Pain (Toothache) /10
Interest /10
Commitment /10
Awareness of you/your brand /10

Economics Check
• “Would you be open to a deposit to secure a space?”
(25 percent is the benchmark)

Readiness Check
• “If we work together, are you willing to do 1 hour per week of homework?”
If no, they are not a fit.

Advisor Leverage
• They must be a 5/10 (self-driven)
• You can take them to 7–8/10 with support

Disqualification Filters
If any are true → not a fit
• No pain
• No urgency
• No economics
• Low commitment
• Misaligned values
• Crisis state
• Wants magic without work
