Welcome to the CoCreator Incubator: How the Next 28 Days Work

Nov 1, 2026 · @Rory

The CoCreator Incubator is a 28-day space for clarity, creation and grounded progress. Read this once, then simply follow the steps.

Everything here is intentionally simple. Not because the work is small, but because a nervous system that feels safe thinks more clearly. Fewer places to check. Fewer decisions to make. More room for what you actually came to build.

We begin on Monday 2 November.

Four spaces, each with one job

Bookmark these four. When every tool has a single purpose, you never have to wonder where something lives.

How we use the WhatsApp group

WhatsApp holds the human thread between sessions. It stays light on purpose.

It is for community and belonging, gentle check-ins, and reminders and updates.

It is not for teaching, long questions, or sharing your work. Your steps and puzzle pieces go in Skool, where they can be seen and built on. Live teaching and building happen on Zoom.

Before Monday: two small things

Both take less than half an hour together. Do them when you are ready, before our first call on Monday 2 November.

Step 1: A quick introduction

In the WhatsApp group, copy, paste and fill in the four lines below. Two or three minutes is plenty. Short and imperfect is perfect.

  • Name:
  • Who I help (even if unclear):
  • Why I'm here:
  • Email (for Zoom calendar invites):

The email matters most. It is how your calendar invites and reminders reach you.

Step 2: Your Self Audit

Five short audits, about twenty-five minutes in all: Life, Wellbeing, Energy, Business and Money. There are no right answers. Honesty is enough.

When you finish, paste your answers into your Working Document.

Your Working Document

Everyone has their own folder and Working Document in our shared Google Drive. It becomes the one place that holds everything you create during the incubator.

After each session, add your work and a short summary. By the end of the month you will have your brand essence, your one customer, your one offering and your pathway, all in one place.

If you would like to see what that looks like, here is mine.

One space, one job

If you ever feel unsure where something goes, come back to this.

  • Creating happens in ChatGPT (exploration) and Claude (business)

  • Finalising happens in your Google Doc and drive (in whatsapp chat)
  • Sharing progress happens in whatsapp
  • Skool is there for more tools if needed
  • Connection and reminders happen in WhatsApp.
  • Live work happens on Zoom.

There is no rush. Nothing to prove. Done is better than perfect.

We are really glad you are here.

Breathe, simplify, act.
