The Magic Of Mushrooms & Remembrance | The Sushi Train
An integration and reflection
Remember Who You Really Are
Remember who you really are, the soul, on this earth, connected to source.
The magic of mushrooms, and what they reminded me of in this journey: past, present, future, and eternal. The child, the man, the elder, the divine. The wound, the work, the brand, the
legacy.
Not becoming something new, but remembering what already exists underneath the noise, the stress, the stories, and the emotional weight of the past few years.
Here is the thing about arriving in the present: it is the only place any of it was ever meant to be used. The remembering is done. The living is the point.
The Ceremony
The experience began with settling deeply into my body and scanning my entire system with
awareness and intention. I asked the medicine, source, and my own higher intelligence to clear
out any energetic “viruses,” recalibrate my nervous system, and restore my body and mind
back to coherence and baseline.
Almost immediately, I felt a sense of harmony and reconnection. My body felt like it was
vibrating together as one unified system. There was a strong sensation of being reconnected to
source, to life, and to the deeper essence of why I am here.
The experience became a remembrance.
I experienced a deep awareness of both my spiritual nature and my human journey. I could clearly sense the interconnectedness between the two. I understood that this life is ultimately about remembering, returning home to ourselves, and fully experiencing the beauty, play, and aliveness of being human.
Invitation, Not Rescue
One of the strongest realizations was around the difference between invitation and rescue.
I saw clearly that my role is not to save people, carry people, or force people to awaken. My role is to walk the path myself, embody the light, and offer an invitation through my presence, my actions, and my example.
I realized that trying to overhold, overlead, or emotionally carry others can unintentionally remove their autonomy and sovereignty. Every person must choose their own path and timing, just as I did.
This created a profound sense of release.
Simplicity, Joy, and Play
Another major theme throughout the ceremony was simplicity, joy, and play.
The “sushi train” metaphor became symbolic of the cosmic joke and beauty of life itself.
Simple food, shared together with good people, laughter, playfulness, nourishment, connection, and presence felt more meaningful than any complex spiritual concept.
I realized that life is not meant to be endlessly serious, heavy, or mentally exhausting.
Life is meant to be lived.
The ceremony reminded me that I am allowed to enjoy life, receive love, slow down, and create from coherence rather than pressure.
What I Am Moving Toward
I want to focus more on what I am consciously creating rather than what I am trying to escape
or fix. I want to embody:
- Slow is powerful
- Less noise, more life
- Less force, more magnetism
- Less urgency, more trust
- Less survival, more presence
Final Reflection
The strongest realization from this experience is that life is ultimately simple.
Presence.
Love.
Nature.
Movement.
Laughter.
Community.
Purpose.
Play.
Truth.
Family.
Creation.
Connection.
I do not need to force life. I do not need to carry everyone. I do not need to overcomplicate my path.
I simply need to remain coherent, embodied, open-hearted, and aligned with what truly matters.
If the table does not exist, I will build it myself and invite the right people to the sushi train.
